During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. The provision of false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

• Never log in to okkz from a shared, public, or untrusted device without logging out completely afterwards.

• Enable any two-factor authentication (2FA) options made available on the platform.

okkz reserves the right to lock or suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending an internal security investigation. We will endeavour to notify the account holder of any such action via their registered email address or mobile number.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the okkz platform:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or unauthorised payment method.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets, including sharing hole cards in poker or placing coordinated bets to exploit odds discrepancies.

• Money laundering: Using okkz accounts to process, conceal, or transfer proceeds of criminal activity. okkz complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing okkz support staff or other players via any communication channel.

okkz reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. Accounts found in violation of these conduct rules may be suspended, terminated, or have funds withheld pending investigation. Decisions made by okkz in relation to prohibited conduct are final.

All bets placed on okkz are subject to the specific rules of the product or market in which the bet is placed. General betting rules that apply across all products include the following:

• Bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn unless explicitly permitted by the specific product rules (e.g., cash-out features where available).

okkz supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your account status and verification level.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your okkz wallet in real time or within a few seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. • Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the account has not completed full identity verification (KYC).

• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by factors outside okkz's reasonable control, including internet outages, server failures, or force majeure events.
• Errors in odds pricing that result in bets being voided in accordance with these terms.

okkz's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okkz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, money laundering concerns, abusive behaviour towards staff, or any other conduct that okkz determines to be contrary to the interests of the platform or its players.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to final identity verification.

Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of these terms), okkz reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, to forfeit funds associated with prohibited conduct.
